Homewatch Care Givers of St. Pete Beach is a locally owned in-home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight, client assessments, care plan development, and caregiver training on a flexible, part-time basis.

This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired RN who enjoys working with older adults, mentoring caregivers, and making a meaningful impact in the community without the demands of a hospital or facility setting.

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments in the home
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs
• Provide caregiver orientation and skills training
• Offer clinical guidance and support to caregivers and office staff
• Monitor client status and recommend care plan adjustments as needed
• Communicate with clients, families, healthcare providers, and the care team regarding changes in condition
• Assist with quality assurance and compliance activities
• Serve as an on-call nursing resource for client care consultations

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Home care, hospice, geriatrics, case management, or community health experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Reliable transportation for occasional local client visits
• Eligible to work in the United States
