Registered Nurse Supervisor (Evening Shift) – St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the evening shift team ersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Our facility in St. Petersburg, Florida, provides sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care to residents.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals during the evening shift, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Conduct regular assessments of residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing administration and medical director
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; current Florida RN licensure; 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting
