Coral Shores Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of UHS,is a beautiful, 80-bed adolescent and adult Baker Act receiving facility, which is located in sunny Stuart, Florida. Our professional staff provide high quality, individualized care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient's needs and offer a continuum of mental health and addiction services in a confidential, caring environment that promote crisis resolution, positive self- awareness, personal growth and problem-solving.

Admissions Clinician (Master's Degree Required) provides telephonic and in person risk assessment and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care, facilitates the admission process and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. The Intake Clinician also assists the Physician and Intake RN by providing face to face clinical assessments, including the history of presenting illness, family dynamics and supporting psychosocial information.

- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or Human Services field required Or License Registered Nurse
- Work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
