Shifts:

7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Compensation: RN: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
LPN: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Nurse Core is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a Geriatric client with specialized medical needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced with G-tube management, and comfortable working day and/or overnight shifts while providing exceptional care in the home.

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
• Administer G-tube feedings, flushes, and medications
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility
• Monitor the client's condition and provide ongoing support throughout the shift
• Accurately document patient care and communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team

• Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years
• Successful completion of required skills assessments, including specialty areas as applicable
• Current CPR certification
• Valid AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
• Negative TB screening
• Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
• Experience with G-tube care and mobility assistance preferred
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Must meet all applicable state and federal regulations
