Per Diem Critical Care Provider

We are seeking a Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the critical care team in a high-acuity Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric cardiac patients in the CVICU.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Recommend therapies, monitor patient responses, and communicate with families to ensure family-centered care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and surgery specialists.
• Participate in rounds, educational activities, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices.

• Certification and licensure as a PNP-AC or PA in Florida.
• Master s degree from an accredited program.
• Preferred experience in pediatrics, cardiology, or critical care.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Salary ranges from $53.58 to $83.05 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Role involves rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities.
