Position: RN Professional Development Specialist in Perioperative Services Nursing.
Responsibilities: Lead educational programs, design and implement training, and serve as an Epic Credentialed Trainer. Support clinical staff development, ensure compliance with nursing standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence and safety within the surgical department.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
Master's preferred. Current Florida RN license. Minimum of 5 years pediatric or neonatal nursing experience. Experience in nursing education and certification in specialty areas or Epic is required. Training in educational theory, instructional design, or teaching strategies is advantageous.
