MDS Coordinator $70,000 - $90,000 salary
Job Description:
Currently seeking an experienced MDS Director LPN/RN to fill an opening at our facility. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a MDS Director LPN/RN.
Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate MDS completion.
- Coordinate MDS within an interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
- Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation and make appropriate recommendations.
- Currently licensed as an LPN or RN in the State of Florida
- Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a MDS Director LPN/RN
