As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients, providing comfort, care, and support in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning, and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water and extra nourishment between meals

• Help patients with personal hygiene, including bedpans, baths, shampoos, and showers

• Provide adjunct care, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths

• Check vital signs and record daily information in patient charts

• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

• Work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively

• Demonstrate a high tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
