Quality Inspector​/Tester - AquaWorx

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed equipment and assemblies prior to shipment.
• Perform functional testing on water filtration packs and related systems.
• Test plumbing components for leaks, pressure integrity, and proper flow.
• Test electrical components and control systems for functionality and safety.
• Verify wiring connections, pumps, motors, sensors, and control panels operate correctly.
• Ensure all products meet engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming materials and coordinate corrective action.
• Document inspection and testing results accurately.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure all equipment complies with internal quality standards and applicable safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product reliability and performance.

• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes
• Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE (certified quality engineer), or CQA (certified quality auditor)
