Quality Inspector I - 1st Shift

Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements.

• Perform visual inspections of completed assemblies and subassemblies in accordance with customer requirements, Jabil quality standards, and applicable inspection criteria.
• Verify product workmanship and conformance using approved quality inspection work instructions, visual aids, and manufacturing documentation.
• Identify and document product defects, discrepancies, or nonconformances requiring review or disposition.
• Accept or reject product based on established quality requirements and inspection standards.
• Utilize company production and business systems to accurately document inspection activities, complete required transactions, and advance product through the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality documentation, and electronic records as required by company procedures.
• Communicate quality concerns and inspection findings through electronic communication tools and established reporting methods.
• Prepare and maintain inspection-related documentation using approved software applications and business systems.
• Support manufacturing flow by ensuring inspections are completed efficiently while maintaining all quality expectations.
• Follow all established quality procedures, work instructions, and operational requirements.
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and security policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of manufacturing, production, quality, or related industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), including professional communication, data entry, and electronic document management.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and quality documentation while demonstrating strong attention to detail and inspection accuracy.
