Description
JOB TITLE:Quality Control Technician JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring quality standards are upheld at Diamondback Airboats
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS- 2+ years of experience working in quality control is required
- At least 1 year of following procedures and instructions per ISO requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- 2+ years of experience in automotive/marine industry is preferred
- At least 1 year of quality experience in the automotive/marine industry is preferred
- Extremely detail oriented
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and coworkers
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Responsible for overseeing the QC and repair process of all airboats manufacturing items
- Touch up, sand, and buff items that require corrective action
Develop and maintain inspection reports - Maintains cleanliness of working areas
- Wears all required PPE
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Assist in assembly of small parts during any downtime
- Other duties as assigned
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m. - Overtime as needed
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
