Runner​/Busser​/Barback - Luce Hotel at SunDrop Restaurant Outlet

Key Responsibilities Busser Duties

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.

• Refill water, bread, and other table items as needed.

• Assist servers with guest requests.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests.

• Verify plate presentation and accuracy before leaving the kitchen.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff.

• Assist with expo station organization and cleanliness.

• Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.

• Prepare garnishes and assist with bar prep.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.

• Change kegs and monitor inventory levels.

• Assist bartenders during high-volume service periods.

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hotel F&B experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 40 lbs), and bend for extended periods.

• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (if applicable).

• Fast-paced hotel restaurant and bar setting.

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

• Exposure to hot surfaces, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.
