• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant including, but not limited to: completing opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/ procedures, thorough communication and occasional problem-solving/ troubleshooting
• Will learn to perform all essential GM duties, will ensure completion of these duties during GM's absence, or at the GM's request
• Train, supervise, coach and motivate a team of dedicated employees
• Assist the GM in both recruiting and disciplinary processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Full cash-handling responsibilities

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong delegation & coaching skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, leading a team of talented individuals and providing excellent service to our valued customers.

• Competitive pay range of $18 - $20 per hour, with additional supplements such as tips, weekly & quarterly bonus programs, complimentary meals, etc. "All-in wage" of $22-$26 per hour
