The Produce Shift Leader plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and team performance within the Produce Department at Plum Market. Working closely with the Produce Team Manager and Assistant Manager, this position helps lead the department during assigned shifts, ensuring product freshness, merchandising standards, food safety, and exceptional Customer Service. The Shift Leader assists in training, coaching, and holding Team Members accountable while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
