GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Representative is a full-time role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting efforts. This position serves as a critical entry point into the sales organization and works closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to build a strong, qualified sales pipeline.
POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through email, phone, Linked In, and other outbound channels. The BDR will respond to inbound inquiries, assess prospect needs, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a willingness to learn cybersecurity and compliance solutions. The BDR will maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
