Software Sales Representative (Healthtech)

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a key partner to our Field Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on outbound activity, enjoys starting conversations, and wants a clear path to grow in sales.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound calls to medical and dental practices
- Introduce digital payment solutions and clearly communicate their value
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Field Sales team
- Follow up with leads using marketing campaigns and targeted messaging
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales to improve conversion and messaging
- Track daily activity, appointments, and performance metrics in CRM tools
- Generate referrals by delivering a strong first impression to customers
- 1+ year of outbound, inside sales, or phone-based sales experience
- Confident communicator with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable pitching solutions and handling objections
- Experience using CRM and dialing tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
