Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven, disciplined, and professional Outside Sales Representative to support our company’s continued expansion. This position requires a self-starter who is confident in the field, comfortable approaching businesses, and motivated to produce measurable results.

This is a performance-based role for someone who wants to work, grow, and earn.

• $600 per week base salary
• Commission on generated business (uncapped earning potential)
• Company vehicle provided
• Company phone provided

• Visit supply houses and local businesses daily
• Deliver company materials and introduce our services
• Build and maintain professional business relationships
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Willing and able to drive multiple hours per day, with some days requiring travel of up to 200 miles
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable

• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized, disciplined, and consistent
• Eager to learn and committed to long-term growth
