Why This Role MattersOur Canvass Managers are the heartbeat of our business—and our future leaders. Your mission is to engage with homeowners, introduce them to our industry‑leading hurricane impact windows, doors, and exclusive lifetime exterior coating, and set appointments for our product specialists.
No hard selling—just creating opportunities and learning the sales process from the ground up.
This position is structured to help you:- Learn the fundamentals of sales
- Develop leadership and team management skills
- Understand performance metrics and team accountability
- Prepare for advancement into Sales Representative or Canvass Management roles
- Drive our company van and roll with your canvassing squad
- Knock doors, set appointments, and energize your team to hit goals
- Train, coach, and lead from the front—your hustle = their hustle
- Generate leads for hurricane impact windows, doors, and Tex‑Cote coating
- Learn the sales system and leadership structure from experienced managers
- Uncapped Pay:
Base + commission + weekly manager bonuses - $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after completing eligibility requirements)
- Weekly Pay + Prizes (cash, gifts, and more)
- Shift: Afternoon–Evening

Qualifications:- 21+ with a clean driving record (must drive the van)
