Key Responsibilities Respond to prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat Guide agents through the application and documentation submission process Review and prepare files for approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications Experience in client success, sales, operations management, or account management Working knowledge of CRM systems;
Salesforce experience is a plus Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions is a plus Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Professional, proactive, and accountable demeanor
