Security Officer - Flex Residential Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, amenities, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance hazards, unsecured doors, and policy violations.;
Monitor access points and vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic as assigned, verifying authorization and assisting with visitor check-in procedures according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting the appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.;
Complete detailed reports on patrol activities, incidents, and resident interactions, and communicate observations and recommendations to site leadership.
