Job Overview
This position requires adaptability to different situations and may have changing hours. Must possess strong leadership, communication, time management, detail orientation, and multi‑tasking skills. Responsible for quality, consistency, and overall customer service presentation to residents and guests. Maintains excellent knowledge of emergency response, access control procedures, electronic security control systems, logs, records, and building forms within span of control. This job description is general in nature and may be changed, added to or reduced from time to time as needed.
YourResponsibilities
- Assist with vacation, sick time, leave of absence, and last‑minute shift coverage.
- Adhere to company policy in all assigned properties.
- Have reliable transportation and communication.
- Maintain Company‑approved attire/uniform and display identification badges.
- Caretake and maintain neat, safe work areas; report safety issues immediately to the Property Manager.
- Check fire alarm panel status and report any problems in writing to the Property Manager.
- Work according to schedule from Director of Operations/Front Desk Coordinator, with close supervision.
- Respond to emergency situations within two hours of notification.
- Report all complaints/issues to the Director of Operations/Front Desk Coordinator.
- Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and call‑outs instructed by the Front Desk Operations/Coordinator (weekends, nights, holidays).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Lift 30–50 lbs.
- Stand or sit upright for long periods.
- Handle, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate verbally and in writing.
- Navigate the property/building quickly to perform job functions.
- Complete required forms.
- Possess knowledge of multi‑building operations.
- Work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Driving required.

Compensation$22.00 hourly, paid bi‑weekly.
SchedulePart‑time (16 hours per week).
