Job Title: Security Officer Lobby Concierge

Location: Miami, FL

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.38 / Hour

Schedule:

• Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor the front desk area, greet arriving guests, verify identification and/or visitor information, and direct individuals to the appropriate destination in a professional manner.
• Answer phones, manage visitor logs, issue temporary access credentials as directed, and report unusual activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns through established communication channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while supporting property management and following Allied Universal and site‑specific security‑related policies.
• Assist with front desk administrative tasks, monitor entry points and cameras as assigned, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of post procedures.

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Security license issued by state, county, or city is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge system preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
