Learn more:  As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations while demonstrating Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.識
