Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, entry points, parking areas, and the outer grounds to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor foot traffic, observe for suspicious behavior, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues according to site protocols.
• Support access control and after-hours checks at designated doors, service corridors, and restricted areas while documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
