Pay: W2 Format - Direct Deposit or Check weekly every Friday
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr (Open pending experience/qualifications)
Job Description:
• Pull, route, terminate, test, and label structured data cabling in commercial environments, including Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber optic systems (fiber experience preferred)
• Follow direction from Lead Technicians and Project Supervisors to support timely and accurate project completion
• Terminate data jacks, patch panels, and related connectivity hardware according to industry standards
• Install cable support infrastructure such as cable racks, j-hooks, inner duct, ladder racks, and pathway systems
• Assist with installation of networking equipment, telecommunications hardware, and rack-mounted components
• Perform basic testing, certification, and troubleshooting of installed cabling and associated equipment
• Maintain proper cable management, labeling, and documentation to ensure clean and professional installations
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at the end of each shift
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules
• Follow all company safety policies, site security requirements, and applicable low-voltage industry standards
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Prior hands-on experience pulling, terminating, and testing structured data cabling in commercial settings
• Familiarity with basic low-voltage installation practices, tools, and testing methods
• Ability to safely use standard hand tools required for cabling installation
• required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn on job sites

Essential Functions of the job:
• Lifting, carrying, adjusting, moving and/or transporting of objects up to 50 pounds
• Walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, maintaining balance and/or crawling for extended periods
• Pushing and pulling of arms and legs; use of abdominal and lower back muscles
• Coordinating movements of the eyes, hands, fingers and feet
• Ascending and descending of stairs, ladders, lifts, etc.
• Speaking, hearing and seeing to avoid safety hazards
• Strenuous manual labor
The environment for this job will involve:
• Indoor and/or outdoor elements
• Hot and/or cold temperatures
• Uneven terrain and/or obstacles
• Interactions with other individuals
• Loud noises
• Large machinery
• Small and/or enclosed spaces
