Maintenance HVAC Technician

We are growing and looking for a Maintenance HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, customer care, and long-term success.

As a Maintenance HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and tune‑ups on residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role is critical in identifying potential issues early, improving system performance, and providing customers with honest recommendations.

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune‑ups
• Conduct full system inspections and identify potential issues
• Clean components including coils, drains, and filters
• Perform pull & clean services when necessary
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
• Educate customers on system condition and maintenance needs
• Present repair or replacement recommendations when applicable
• Maintain accurate service records and notes
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• 2+ years of HVAC maintenance or service experience
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Basic diagnostic skills and understanding of HVAC systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with residential and light commercial systems
• Knowledge of airflow and system performance
• Experience performing coil pull & clean services
• Comfortable identifying and recommending repairs
