Advance Industrial Mechanical is seeking dedicated and motivated HVAC Installers to join our growing team. From entry-level commercial installs to complex industrial systems, you'll gain hands-on experience and receive ongoing training to grow into a lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assist in HVAC system setups including mini-splits, RTUs, split/package systems, and heavy commercial/industrial units
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system specifications
• Perform brazing, soldering, and ductwork installation
• Operate tools and equipment safely; understand LOTO procedures
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients professionally
• Document work performed using internal systems (e.g., Build Ops, Paylocity)
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC controls, voltage systems, and airflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites

Skills:

• Required (L1–L2):
• Basic HVAC knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
• Basic understanding of tools and HVAC safety
• OSHA 10, EPA 608 (Core/Type I) preferred

Preferred (L3–L4):

• 3+ years experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installs
• Proficiency with high voltage systems, evacuation procedures, VRF systems
• Ability to mentor junior techs and manage installation timelines

Certifications:

OSHA 30, EPA Universal, VRF System Training, Boiler/Chiller Systems, BMS
