Pile Driver

• Study blueprints, sketches, or specifications
• Calculate dimensions to be welded
• Inspect structures or materials to be welded
• Ignite torches or start power supplies
• Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating
• Smooth and polish all surfaces
• Maintain equipment and machinery
• Build and set forms for pouring concrete

• Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Three to five years of industry experience, especially in roads, highways, and bridges
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat
• Physical stamina for long hours of standing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, squatting, and walking
• Manual dexterity to handle construction tools and materials
• Awareness of concurrent jobsite activities and safety protocols
