Experience: Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required

Education: EPA and/or HVAC Certification highly preferred

HH Staffing is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Complete apartment maintenance work orders and service requests

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs

Assist with unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents

Perform drywall patching, painting, caulking, and minor carpentry repairs

Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently

Assist with preventive maintenance throughout apartment communities

Assist with groundskeeping duties and general property upkeep as needed

Pick up trash and debris and help maintain clean common and exterior areas

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Travel between assigned apartment properties throughout St. Petersburg

Communicate professionally with property management staff and residents

Position Requirements:

Must be willing to assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep as needed

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general property repairs

Must have basic hand tools

Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between properties

Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Must be dependable and available for a full-time schedule
