Responsibilities

  • Support residents in accessing available services, resources, and referrals as appropriate.
  • Monitor community needs and communicate observations to relevant team members to help ensure a safe, supportive, and responsive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and updates related to resident interactions, program participation, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to support resident satisfaction and program success.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation efforts to help new residents feel informed and connected.
  • Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and wellness throughout the residence.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve services, engagement, and overall resident experience.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, maintain professionalism, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with diverse groups of residents, staff, and community partners.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and recordkeeping systems.
  • Flexibility to support events, meetings, or resident needs as required.
Preferred Experience

  • Background in case coordination, social services, student life, property management, or similar support-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed, person-centered, or culturally responsive approaches.
What We Offer
  • A supportive and mission-driven work environment.
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on resident well-being and community life.
  • Collaborative team culture with room for professional growth.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, based on experience and location.
