Established in 1970, Boley Centers, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving individuals with mental disabilities, individuals and families who are homeless, Veterans and youth in Pinellas County.
Make a Difference Every Day:Join our team and help adults build the skills they need to live more independent, fulfilling lives. We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Group Leader to facilitate engaging, structured groups in a supportive day treatment setting.
Enjoy a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
What You’ll Do:- Lead engaging groups focused on coping skills, wellness, and daily living
- Foster a supportive, positive environment for client growth
- Complete simple, timely documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Experience in mental health, substance use, or group facilitation preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Daytime schedule - No nights or weekends
- Qualified supervision hours provided toward LMHC and LCSW licensure (for eligible employees)

Special Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance and own transportation vehicle required.
- Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.
