Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software, Backend Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise on Back End and Front End Services.
They will possess deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in guiding a team of developers through all stages of the SDLC. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high‑performance systems that meet evolving business needs for the Supervisory Technology group.
This position follows a hybrid‑friendly schedule, offering flexibility and collaboration. In‑office days will be 2–3, averaging 10–12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

- Lead the design, development and delivery of cutting‑edge supervisory technology solutions.
- Collaborate with supervisory business, business analysts, project managers, and cross teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, and validation procedures.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and secure coding standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
- Participate in production support rotations and respond to escalated issues as needed.
- 6‑10 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable, distributed applications.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and influencing technical direction.
- Strong expertise with Java or Python tech stacks.
- Front End – React or Angular.
- Server Side – Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI.
- Backend – Oracle, Postgre
SQL, or MySQL. - Expert level knowledge of Public Cloud – preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, OAuth, testing frameworks, JSP, XSL.
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) or Actimize is a plus.
Throughout Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science (Required).
ExperienceGeneral experience: 6 to 10 years.
