Lead Full Stack Engineer, Wealth Management Technology

We are seeking a  
** Lead Full Stack Engineer
** to drive the design and development of enterprise applications supporting  
** Wealth Management** .

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in  
** Java/Spring Boot
** and strong  
** Angular
* * experience. The ideal candidate can independently lead complex initiatives, make sound technical decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

** Responsibilities*
* + Lead the design and development of full stack applications using  
** Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and Angular** .

+ Own complex technical initiatives from solution design through implementation and production support.

+ Contribute to application architecture and technology decisions with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

+ Collaborate with product, architecture, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

+ Provide technical leadership, conduct code and design reviews, and mentor engineers.

+ Champion engineering best practices, including  
** CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding, code quality, and observability** .

+ Drive  
** AI adoption across design, development, and engineering automation** , establishing practical standards and use cases that improve developer productivity, delivery velocity, and software quality.

+ Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in production support as needed.

+ Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to modernize applications and improve engineering efficiency.

** Required Skills & Experience*
* +  
** 8+ years
** of software engineering experience with  
** Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP services, and microservices** .

+  
** 5+ years
** of Angular/full stack development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.

+ Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, design patterns, APIs, and distributed systems.

+

Experience with  
** SQL** , relational databases, and enterprise application integrations.

+

Experience with  
** CI/CD, automated testing, source control, and Dev Ops practices** .

+ Demonstrated ability to independently design and deliver complex enterprise solutions.

+ Strong technical leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience in  
** financial services, wealth management, or other enterprise-scale environments** .

Experience with reporting technologies such as  
** Jasper Reports** .

+ Practical experience applying  
** AI-assisted engineering tools to software design, development, and automation** .

+

Experience with  
** MQ/Kafka, No

SQL databases, and distributed caching** .

+

Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern deployment platforms.
