The Application Development program track runs for twelve months. Learn a development discipline such as Front-End, Back-End, Database, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), COBOL, Software Quality Management, Cloud technologies, or AI-enabled development tools to create innovative solutions that have a direct influence on the lives of advisors, their clients, and associates around the globe. Participants will also gain exposure to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence-enabled development tools, automation, and data-driven solution design, while learning how to apply these tools responsibly within a financial services technology environment.

Upon completion of the program, work will continue within the assigned discipline area.

• Specified projects and assignments, which may vary based on team alignment
• Operates standard office equipment and is able to use required software applications
• Explores and applies approved AI-enabled development tools to support coding, testing, documentation, research, and problem-solving
• Assists with identifying opportunities to integrate automation, AI, or data-driven capabilities into technology solutions and business processes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Knowledge of Algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity
• Programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Basic understanding of software engineering practices
