Charter Bus Driver — Dolphin Transportation Specialists Inc. (Miami, FL)

Dolphin Transportation Specialists is looking for experienced bus drivers who currently possess a valid CDL with the Passenger endorsement for part‑time and full‑time driving positions. We operate shuttle, minibuses, and buses in the Miami area, with work including dedicated local shuttle contracts, airport/hotel transfers, special events, group moves, long‑distance trips, and hourly reservations. Shifts vary based on reservations, and weekend work is expected.

• Operate shuttle, minibus, and bus services in the Miami-Dade/Broward area according to reservations and contracts.
• Interact with passengers in a courteous, professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Load and unload luggage; assist passengers as needed.
• Interpret and follow maps and dispatch instructions; adapt to changing schedules and business needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing, timing, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean vehicle interior and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Valid class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement and at least 2 years of documented experience.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 points).
• Age 25 or older (per insurance carrier requirements).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug/alcohol tests; we are a Drug Free Workplace.
• Ability to adjust to a changing work schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to lift luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptive, flexible, positive attitude; good English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret maps/dispatch instructions.
