Join the Valpak Manufacturing Center as a Warehouse Automation Technician, where you'll help keep millions of printed advertising products moving safely and efficiently through our automated warehouse and distribution systems.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll monitor automated material handling equipment, load and unload trucks, move inventory, respond to equipment alerts, troubleshoot routine issues, and help ensure products move efficiently from production through shipping.

Every day you'll help keep materials moving through our highly automated warehouse.
You'll monitor conveyors, robotic palletizers, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), high-density storage systems, and other automated material handling equipment to ensure products move efficiently throughout the manufacturing and distribution process. You'll respond to equipment alerts, perform routine machine resets and adjustments, troubleshoot minor issues, inspect equipment performance, and work closely with teammates to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do- Operate and monitor automated warehouse and material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate or learn to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
- Monitor conveyors, robotic palletizers, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), print roll buffer systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).
- Respond to equipment alarms and perform routine machine resets and adjustments.
- Troubleshoot routine equipment issues and communicate more complex concerns to Senior Process Technicians.
- Count, verify, and move production materials throughout the facility.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation using SAP.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

- One to two years of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or industrial experience preferred.
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment or automated material handling systems is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (SAP experience preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain a Florida driver's license.
