• Pulling parts for Service technicians
• Properly identify needed items using internet and parts catalogs
• Suggest additional parts and accessories for purchase
• Correctly billing parts to the proper repair order
• Pulling in stock items from inventory
• Completing all required documents before disbursing parts
• Enter all necessary information into inventory control system
• Provide updated information for stock orders
• Return all unsold merchandise back to stock
• Check in parts, match packing list to orders
• Put away received parts in proper bins/location
• Stocking and re-stocking parts inventory in our parts warehouse as needed
• Conducting periodic parts cycle count to reconcile in-stock inventory as needed
• Any other duties may be assigned by Parts Management

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Previous Truck Dealership experience is a plus
• Previous Experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred but not required
