Role Overview:
The Dental Hygienist is an essential member of the patient care team, providing high-quality dental hygiene services, preventative care, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform dental screenings, cleanings, and procedures adhering to clinical standards
- Educate patients on oral health and maintain thorough medical and dental records
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment, including sterilization and equipment management
- Current Missouri dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification; experience with digital tools and dental technology is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow professionally
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and maintain a safe environment
