- Lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly and quarterly financial results for the business area
- Manage various reporting activities including flash, scorecard, and quarterly reports
- Communicate requirements and guidance related to forecasting and budgeting processes to business partners
- Own the cash/balance sheet and capital expenditure forecasts for the business area
- Establish a new rates management process to support the dynamic business architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting
- Hands‑on experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data analysis and transformation
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience with the employer's financial planning and analysis process
- Background in healthcare technology finance or government contracting finance
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Acumatica, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Experience forecasting cash and balance sheet accounts
