What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you’ll provide compassionate nursing care while serving as an essential member of our multidisciplinary treatment team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to the treatment team
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
  • Promote a safe, therapeutic, trauma‑informed treatment environment
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
  • Mentor and support fellow nursing team members while contributing to a positive team culture
  • Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality care
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking nurses who are compassionate, dependable, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact.

Required Qualifications
  • Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
  • Pediatric or adolescent nursing experience
  • Residential treatment or inpatient psychiatric experience
