Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Maintain store environment including cleanliness and merchandising;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and organizing selling floor;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed
