What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Enter customer data accurately into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate service value
  • Problem-solve and encourage customer commitment to enhance sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication skills to direct conversations and close sales
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role within a telecommunications or service industry
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients and tailor communications to their needs
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
