Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert is a residential treatment facility providing care to adolescents. Located in Saint Robert, MO, Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri’s goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and to inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion.

Our team ensures patients receive the high-quality, personalized care they need to overcome mental health, complex physical conditions and behavioral challenges. We offer a range of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient counseling and therapies.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a Maintenance Technician at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert. In this role, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible in ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment of care for adolescents facing behavioral challenges and medically complex physical conditions.

• Assist the teacher in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and instructional strategies tailored to each adolescent’s unique needs.
• Support students during classroom activities and lessons, providing guidance and encouragement to foster engagement and learning.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional regulation among students.
• Collaborate with the teacher and staff to monitor student progress and identify areas needing additional support.
• Facilitate communication with students, ensuring they understand instructions and feel comfortable expressing their needs and concerns.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and resources necessary for classroom activities and lessons.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Missouri Driver’s License is preferred.
• At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems.
