• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in line with the hotel's quality standards.
• Organize your workstation and maintain smooth communication with the team.
• Train and support cooks and other team members.

• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
• Relevant kitchen experience, ideally as a Chef de Partie.
• Strong culinary skills and willingness to refine techniques.
• Team spirit, leadership, and motivation.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
