Organic Chemistry Analyst

Lab is currently seeking an Organic Chemistry Analyst for its Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts branch. Reporting to the Chemistry Laboratory Manager, the incumbent candidate will perform tasks related to standardized analytical testing.

• Perform analytical testing using established laboratory techniques and enter results accurately.
• Maintain all parameters associated with quality control procedures.
• Carry out routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
• Enter and manage analytical data within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• College Diploma (DEC) in Chemistry (required).
• Minimum of one (1) year of laboratory experience.
• Experience in organic chemistry and/or ICP-MS or LC-MS analysis is considered as an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Proficiency in the use of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• French:
  Required (spoken and written).
