Filipino Concierge

Filipino Concierge in Salalah We are in search of a friendly and efficient Filipino Concierge to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for local attractions and restaurants, and providing recommendations for activities and sightseeing.

You will also be responsible for handling guest complaints and inquiries, maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby area, and ensuring the smooth operation of all front desk procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience working in a customer-facing role. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. Accommodation will not be provided.
