Hotel Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah Oman As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones You will also be responsible for building relationships with travel agents tour operators and corporate clients The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of the hospitality industry This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
• Build relationships with travel agents tour operators and corporate clients
• Negotiate contracts with potential clients
• Analyze sales data and report on performance to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Develop promotional materials to attract new customers
• Train hotel staff on sales techniques and product knowledge

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of meeting exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Power Point
• Fluency in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus
