Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Salalah. As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue for the hotel

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue for the hotel
• Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them through networking, sales calls and site visits
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted towards specific market segments
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
• Conduct regular sales meetings with team members to review performance, set targets and provide training and support
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on progress regularly to senior management

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager in a reputable hotel or resort
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and CRM software is an asset

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on performance
