Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager in Salalah Oman As the Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing and promotional strategies You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
• Identify potential new business opportunities and actively pursue them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agents wholesalers and other key partners
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competition in the industry
• Develop promotional packages and offers to attract new customers
• Attend trade shows networking events and industry conferences to promote the hotel
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent guest experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Salary 1700$ per month tax-free + commission on sales

Location Salalah Oman candidates from Kenya are preferred

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided However part-time positions may be considered for students who meet the requirements
