Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

A reputable company in Salalah is urgently seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on various properties and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, without the requirement of previous experience or accommodation. We also provide a free visa and ticket for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Painting, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks as needed
• Responding quickly to emergency maintenance requests
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
